Disznókő Tokaji Aszú 5 Puttonyos 2011 vintage was grown in a hot and dry climate where ripening was very early. The quality of the aszú berries was exceptional, with great concentration from extreme passerillage, or shrivelling, which offers clean and fine wines with fresh, but supple acidity.
Each aszú berry is individually picked and stored in stainless steel until vinification on three or four passages through the vineyard. After pressing, the fermentation of the wine is finished in stainless steel and aged in the cellar for 2 and half years in new oak barrels.
